Roofing and solar in Winter Haven
Winter Haven is often Tampa Electric. Polk County has several utilities; confirm.
The roofs
Chain-of-lakes ranches and older blocks make up a lot of the roofing work: moderate pitches, a few additions, and decks that have been dried out and re-nailed more than once. Shingle is the volume cover. Tile shows up closer to the lakes on houses that were built to look like the Gulf coast.
The solar
If the bill is TECO, use TECO. A south-facing ranch with little shade is the simple case. Houses under laurel oaks need a shade reading, not a satellite guess from a cloudy photo.
